Do you provide point-of-sale training?
Yes! We provide online training via Teams or Zoom. Virtual sessions are recorded, so you will always be able to refer to them for guidance. We can also provide onsite training at an additional cost.
Will I be able to transfer inventory from my old POS system?
In our experience, 97% of our merchants are able to transfer data.
Can I run reports?
Yes. There are hundreds of reports you can run from any device, such as low stock, best sellers, sales tax, revenue, discounts, gross profit and sales by employees.
Can I view my activity from a different device?
All of our systems are cloud based, so you can view sales, inventory and more from any device with an internet connection.
Can I setup user permissions?
Yes, you have the ability to adjust levels of access.
What happens if the power goes down?
We sell a battery backup, or uninterrupted power supply (UPS), to keep you up and running.
What can I do if my internet is unreliable? I’m worried about a cloud-based system.
We sell Wi-Fi routers with a 4G backup that seamlessly transition to a data plan when no local internet connection is detected.
What type of hardware is required to run your software solutions?
Almost any device with internet, including iPads, laptops, desktops and some tablets. We do not sell systems that require expensive proprietary hardware.
What do I do with my existing gift cards?
Most of the time we can reprogram existing gift cards. We also offer custom gift cards if you aren’t currently utilizing them.
