The Retail Council has strong lobbyists protecting our members’ interests.
Membership Application
I hereby apply for membership in and agree to contribute to the support of the Retail Council of New York State. The annual dues for members shall be the greater of an amount calculated based on the member’s annual sales volume from stores or offices located in the State of New York, applying the schedule below, or ten percent (10%) of any dividend received or estimated to be received by the member from Workers’ Compensation Safety Group 493. While contributions or gifts to the Retail Council of New York State are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes, membership dues are a tax deductible business expense to the extent provided by law.
